Teddy Good accidentally shot himself in the stomach while cleaning a gun in June 2022. He was airlifted to OU Medical Center, where he received 47 units of life-saving blood.
That included 20 red blood cells and more than 25 units of plasma. Thanks to those generous donors, Teddy survived.
One year later, Teddy's son Ian received 13 units of blood following another accident. The family is eternally thankful for those 60 donors whose gave the gift of life.
