When he was just three weeks old, Dallin came down with a common cold that turned into a blood infection. He was placed on an ECMO machine for 10 days. The family was told he might require a heart transplant. Thirty-six donors provided blood so that Dallin could survive. Today, Dallin is enjoying the third grade and will be celebrating his ninth birthday this summer!
